INCREASE BATTERY LIFE
PREVENT OVERHEATING

ChargeGuard is the intelligent charging solution for safer charging and extended battery life on your mobile devices. It is plugged in between your regular charger and phone/tablet. The advanced power management will alert you if the charger overheats, minimizes battery wear, and gives universal charging regardless of brand on phone and charger. The included app is both easy to use and gives you more advanced options.

DECREASE E-WASTE
PREVENT OVERHEATING HAZARDS

Monitoring battery temperature and power: Audible alarm and automatic stop of charging current to prevent fire and warns of potential hazards. The biggest danger is the phone getting warm over time, igniting flammable materials nearby, such as bed linen.

LESS E-WASTE

In the United States alone, over 150 000 000 mobile phones are discarded every year, with an average life span of 12-18 months. A primary reason for this is decreased battery performance due to non-optimized charging over time. According to the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), the amount of e-waste from mobile phones in China will be 7 times higher in 2020 than in 2007.

FULFILLING A NEED

95%

95.5% say that battery capacity is either very important or crucial to them. By comparison, less than 50% were concerned with what brand their phone is.

55%

55.6% of respondents say they charge their mobile phone every day.

61%

Only 61.2% of respondents were aware that leaving the phone on charge for a long time has an adverse effect on battery life.

Source: An international survey has been conducted with 400 respondents. They were asked what aspects of the phone's performance are most important to them, charging habits and awareness levels about battery performance and safety.
